Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Beacon Co. We value your business and strive to deliver exceptional service and products. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds for both physical and digital goods.
Physical Products
Returns
You may return physical items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@buildwithbeacon.io with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to downloads, software, and license keys) are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@buildwithbeacon.io with your order number and details of the issue.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to renewal.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or after a subscription renews.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at support@buildwithbeacon.io before initiating a chargeback. Disputes made without first contacting us may result in account suspension or legal action.
